
Planting of the Alta Harris Creek began May 14, 2005. About two dozen TU members and residents of the Harris Ranch neighborhood spent the morning putting 1,000 plants along the riparian area.

The crew spreads out and starts planting the sedges and rushes. More than 700 containered sedge and rush plants were put along the downstream section of the stream.
